Hitbingo was used by the KBO’s line-dancing group. They loved it. I printed 70 pages. It would use less toner if, for example, the thick black line were shaded rather than solid black.

I took that suggestion on board straight away and have updated the template: it’s now called ‘black and white (low ink)’ and uses much less ink.

We had a brilliant afternoon thanks to Hitbingo. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and wants more. It’s great fun and you can set the mood yourself by performing the songs you’ve chosen.

It was great fun… I just should have used fewer numbers for the bingo session with the elderly, given the time constraints. It took too long for someone to get bingo, but the bingo cards were lovely… definitely worth doing again 👍

We played HitBingo! at our family day! The nice thing about HitBingo! is that you can pick your own music if you want. So there was a song to sing or dance along to for every age at the family day. Highly recommended for adding a fun game to a party. HitBingo! is really super simple to put together and to use. Add a few nice prizes and you're ready to go. We're already thinking about which occasion we'll organize the next HitBingo! for.

It wasn't that successful. A lot of the songs were covers and not all of them belonged to the decade they were listed under. That caused a lot of confusion. Really a shame.

HitBingo went down a treat at our 10-year-old daughter's birthday party. It was also great fun to organise. I made my own list of bingo songs myself, which took a bit of thinking to decide which tracks to include. But once that was done, the rest was a breeze. Very user-friendly and definitely recommended for grown-up parties too!

Creating the game on the website was really easy. You can choose from different music genres. The printed game looks lovely and neat too. The Spotify playlist works great as well. All in all, really fun to do.

Hi Eric, thanks for your review and sorry it took too long for you. It's hard for me to say exactly why, but I do have a few tips:
- I saw that you picked 75 songs: 50 songs would also have been an option, which makes it go a lot faster.
- Your playlist was also longer than 75 songs: those extra tracks aren't included when the cards are generated. But if you do play them, it takes even longer.
And finally, the trickiest one: it's always hard to predict how much musical "knowledge" the players have. If they don't recognise a song they won't mark it off, and then it takes longer than expected.

Only a shame that I can't change the title of the bingo afterwards in the PDF file. The title is "25th wedding anniversary" and because of that I can't reuse these cards again for another party.
Thanks for your feedback! About reusing them: you have 2 months to generate 3 different sets of bingo cards (in your case still until the end of June). So go for it, I'd say ;-)

Very handy. We used it for a music bingo in honour of my father-in-law's birthday (80). We picked songs from his era and topped them up with current hits for the grandchildren. HitBingo turned that into fun bingo cards where it was also clear when bingo could (potentially) fall.

Fun experience
We did the HitBingo with kids around 10-11 years old. Still a bit too hard for them, but with a little help it definitely worked out fine. Fun experience. We'll certainly do it again.
Because the weather didn't cooperate again this year, I wanted to organise a fun indoor activity for our family day at Easter. That's when I came across HitBingo. I created two, a Pop and a Dance playlist. It's really very simple and pretty self-explanatory. The most work was picking the music. After that I gathered all the tracks from my own music library and put them in the right order. You can download the playlist and the bingo cards very quickly. Spotify is handy but not always necessary. With a DJ controller and a laptop I could cue up the next track each time so the bingo could be played smoothly. A microphone is very handy too. I had 17 participants so the costs were really quite low. You can print the bingo cards yourself, and if you sort out a few coloured markers then everything is complete for a successful day. Everyone had a great time.

It was a really fun activity for young and old(er), everyone enjoyed it and I got some lovely reactions. On the website you can first practise with a free bingo so you know how everything works, and after that I was able to easily make a bingo for 25 people, with nicely designed bingo cards.

What a fantastic moment the HitBingo created during our anniversary day!! After a full day with some (serious and less serious) workshops, we played your HitBingo during the drinks reception. We're a choir (45 men/women) and were celebrating our 12.5 year anniversary. That's why the hit list was filled with lovely arrangements of loads of songs that we've sung ourselves over the past 12.5 years. At the very first notes everyone started singing along loudly... but what was the name of that song again...

Top game for a fun evening with a group of people!
What a fantastic kids' party we had with the bingo cards and Spotify playlist! Putting it together was super easy and in no time we had the perfect bingo list for a group of 9-10 year olds, all with well-known songs.
Handy tip: combine it with a classic number bingo (with a bingo cage) and you can link the songs from the playlist to a number, so you can play bingo on 2 cards at once. Fun guaranteed!

- Tips:
1. Printing the cards in colour didn't work so well for me because the title became unreadable (could be down to my printer), but black and white was perfectly fine too.
2. Keep the number of participants in mind for when bingo is called; if you have 30 cards but only 22 players, for example, it takes longer because the system assumes 30.

About the number of cards: it's true that if you've made too many cards, you might leave out a card that a bingo could have fallen on.
My suggestions:
- Wait until the very last moment to generate the cards, so you can better estimate how many people will actually be playing.
- If you do end up with too many: just hand out the remaining cards as well.

It's fairly easy to put together a music bingo with HitBingo, the only thing that doesn't work is sending the playlist to Spotify. I also can't manage to pay for a bingo with more than 10 people, the banks that are offered aren't common in Belgium.
You're right! Ideal is no use in Belgium. I've since added Bancontact and credit cards.
As for the export to Spotify: that doesn't happen automatically, you have to start it yourself with the "Export to Spotify" button on your bingo.

HitBingo is really easy to use. The instructions are very clear. For a moment I thought things wouldn't go well with the Spotify playlist, but that went smoothly too, you just have to wait a bit, but you get a message when the list is ready. In short, no complaints.

We made 2 bingos for New Year's and it was, just like the name says, 'a hit'.
Did we laugh and sing along at the top of our lungs. The bingos are easy to make using existing playlists from Spotify.
By playing the bingo in the order of the playlist, you can use the bingo predictor to build extra suspense and ask around that time who still needs which song for a bingo. We printed the bingo cards on A4 to keep them readable for GEN X too 😅
